Basirah connects to scanners, ticketing systems, identity providers, SIEM platforms, enrichment sources, and compliance tools through a catalog of built-in integrations.

  1. Browse the integration catalog

Basirah’s integration catalog lists every supported connector organized by category: vulnerability scanners, endpoint security, ticketing, identity, SIEM, enrichment, compliance, and notification channels.

  2. Add a connection

Select the integration type and provide the required configuration. Each integration has its own set of fields — typically a URL or instance identifier and authentication credentials. See the integration reference for connector-specific details.

  3. Test the connection

After entering credentials, test the connection to verify that Basirah can authenticate and communicate with the external system. Fix any credential or network issues before proceeding.

  4. Run an initial sync

For scanner integrations, trigger an initial sync to import findings. For ticketing integrations, the connection is ready to receive dispatched work items immediately.

  5. Monitor integration health

Basirah tracks the health of each integration connection. Check the integration health dashboard for sync status, error rates, and last-successful-sync timestamps. If a connection fails, Basirah surfaces the error details so you can diagnose and fix the issue.
